I am pleased to invite you to our upcoming two LIVE CONCERTS, featuring FAIZ KARIZI, King of Afghanistan's Folklore. All proceeds will be donated to the Afghanistan and Central Asian Association. Please find attached event posters.


There are two events, one mixed and one for ladies only. 

MUSIC – Folkoric Music of Afghanistan with traditional musical instruments. The most sought-after night of the year. The best of Folklore and Classical Music will be played on the night. There will also be artists on the night playing drums as part of the celebrations.

FOOD - Free Afghan Dinner will be served and is included as part of the ticket.

Faiz Karizi will be accompanied by his sons Ramish and Romal who will be playing Keyboard and Tabla as well as dancer Ziba Tabrizi.

Faiz is Afghanistan’s most prolific musician based in Sweden and performing worldwide. He began his career in the 1970s and is known as the ‘King of Folklore Music’. His performance at our 2022 Refugee Week Festival in Gunnersbury Park attracted a crowd of 5,000 people from around the UK and internationally. Ziba is a famous dancer focusing on traditional dances from Afghanistan, Iran and Azerbaijan.

No entry for children under 10. No alcohol is permitted.
