The creative contribution to addressing elements of ‘Total Pain’ – Creative Therapies in palliative care

Facing Death Creatively aims to bring together creative therapists, palliative care and bereavement practitioners to consider ways in which the creative arts can support people with death and dying.

Attend engaging discussions, workshops, performances and networking opportunities with a wide range of speakers, including those with medical, as well as creative expertise.

With presentations for all, and a choice of workshops facilitated by arts, music, drama and expressive movement therapists, we will be exploring some of the many benefits of working with creativity in palliative care.

Our full-day programme hosts impactful discussions, presentations, and interactive workshops providing an insight into the importance and need of creative & holistic palliative care.

This event will be held at St Christopher’s Centre of Awareness and Response to End of life care (CARE).
