Reporting to the Board of Trustees

BAMT is seeking an inspiring and passionate Chair to lead the Charity through its next phase of strategic development. The Chair will play a pivotal, inclusive and effective leadership role, working in partnership with the Board of Trustees and the Core Team to ensure BAMT delivers on its mission, operates with the highest standards of governance and continues to make a positive impact.

They will also act as an ambassador for Music Therapy, representing BAMT externally and supporting its continued influence and reach, while serving as an inclusive leader and role model for employees, trustees, members with portfolios and volunteers as well as the broader membership.
