Dear Members

Following comments and suggestions from some members there needs to be further revisions to the proposed new Memorandum and Articles of Association so we will need to extend the consultation period and cancel the EGM.

I am so sorry for any inconvenience caused and will notify you well in advance of any future meeting.

We will now review the comments and suggestions that have been made and make any revisions necessary to the proposed new Memorandum and Articles of Association and will send out the updated draft to all of you for further consultation and comments.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank those members who have sent comments to us and provided suggestions and feedback – it is crucial that we get this right and that all members are content with the updated Memorandum and Articles of Association.
