This study day has been developed to help hospice and palliative care staff, as well as primary care staff and all involved in the care of those with learning disabilities, to feel more confident and knowledgeable about the care they offer.
We will consider definitions of learning disabilities and tools to assess distress, recent guidance helping to develop our care, and the holistic nature of end of life care.
For staff working in Oxfordshire, we have funding available for the cost of this course - please contact ssc@ouh.nhs.uk to request an 'OPEG funding form'
