Developing Guidelines for Group Music Therapy with Acute Adult Psychiatric Inpatients

 -       Are you currently working on an acute adult psychiatric inpatient ward?

 -       Do you have ideas on how music therapy can best be provided in these settings?

 -       Are you interested in hearing what other music therapists are doing and sharing your own ideas and innovations?

We are currently seeking music therapists to take part in group discussions (focus groups) to develop guidelines on what constitutes ‘best practice’ in group music therapy on acute adult psychiatric inpatient wards. Two focus groups are planned to happen in East London during July 2016. If it is not possible for you to attend one of these groups, we can also arrange an individual interview at a time to suit you.
