This workshop is designed to help us create a new song. A song blending the quiet longing for retreat and the joy of celebration, whilst embracing ambivalence. It will introduce fresh tools
for shifting old patterns and be helpful for those working with clients who are stuck in habits
they struggle to relinquish, as well as colleagues who are seeking creative ways of working.
We will explore hibernation, celebration, and ambivalence through clay modelling, drawing,
and group music making, using simple instruments and vocalisations, to create our “new song, beautifully sung.”
Come and join us. No artistic or musical skills are necessary. Just bring yourself, a notebook,
and wear old clothes!
Materials are included. CPD Certificates will be given.
Cost: £120.00 Concessions available on request.
