I’ve purchased online tickets for the conference - what options do I have?

For delegates who have already paid in full, or are paying in 3 instalments, for online tickets you can either transfer these tickets to an in-person ticket (at the original Early Bird rate, see bamt2024.com for these rates) or you can request a refund. We kindly ask that all ticket transfers or refunds are requested by 15th March 2024.

On-demand recordings

On-demand recordings

We are currently working with our tech team to determine if it will be possible to record presentations which can be available on-demand after the conclusion of the live in-person event. Tickets to access the on-demand recordings will be made available. We will update on this as soon as possible.

If we are able to facilitate on-demand recordings:

All oral, pecha kucha, creative submissions and roundtable presenters will be offered the option to have their session recorded and made available after the conference. For presenters who are happy to give consent these recordings will be made available following the live in-person event. All information and consent documentation will be included in the presenter pack which is due to be distributed at the end of February.

Online presenters are welcome to either change to attend in-person or to submit a recording to be shown. We appreciate this limits the possibility for discussions, and will update if a streaming option becomes available.

My presentation is a hybrid format with online presenters, what options do we have?

My presentation is a hybrid format with online presenters, what options do we have?

For hybrid presentations, online presenters can either change to attend in-person or can create a recording to be included in slides for the in-person presentation. Unfortunately we do not currently have confirmation that we have the facilities to support live hybrid presenting/questions. We will update all delegates and presenters if this changes.

I was unable to attend, will I be able to access live recordings?
I bought a ticket to attend in-person and was hoping to use the live streaming for some sessions and to catch-up on sessions I was not able to attend, what will happen now?

If we are able to offer on-demand recordings then all delegates will be able to access these following the live event. For those not able to attend in-person, a ticket to access the recordings will be made available.
