Booking Terms and Conditions

 

Booking your place at BAMT Conference

Please read through the event details and the contents before booking for the conference.

All bookings should be made via https://www.bamtconference.co.uk

The confirmation you receive via email is the legally binding contract between you/your employer and BAMT.

Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of Payment.


Communication

The email address that was used for your booking will be used for all communication regarding the event. Please be aware that some email providers consider bamtconf@bamt.org as spam, therefore, please use an email address that you will be able to access regularly.

Amendments and Cancellations

Cancellations/amendments to your booking must be made in writing by email to bamtconf@bamt.org

Cancellations/changes up to Friday 22nd December 2017 will incur 75% charge: from 23rd December cancellations will incur the full cost.

Non-attendance at the event will incur the full cost of the event. A cancellation fee of £20 applies for all cancellations.

Substitute delegates

Substitute delegates will be accepted if BAMT is informed two weeks in advance of the event. However, the final decision will be made by BAMT.

BAMT owns the full right to cancel the event due to insufficient bookings. In the event of cancellation BAMT will inform all delegates in writing two weeks before the event and reimbursements will be made for the full cost of the event. BAMT will not be liable for any other costs associated with the event. In exceptional circumstances BAMT has the right to change the presenter to someone of equivalent standard. No refunds to delegates will be made in this instance.

 

Force Majeure

BAMT will not be liable for losses if the event is cancelled due to war, terrorism and natural disasters.

 

Late Bookings

Late bookings will be accepted based on availability. Places will be confirmed only on receipt of full payment.

 

Additional requirements

Any additional requirements such as dietary and access, should be requested when the booking is made. Whilst BAMT endeavours to fulfil all special requests, if BAMT is not able to meet these requirements the relevant delegates will be informed within 5 working days of the booking.

 

Invoicing and payment

Payments can be made via Invoice, PayPal & Bank transfer. Please contact BAMT for details. Invoices will be sent via email upon request. Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.

Bank Transfer payments must be made within 14 days of the booking.

Bookings are confirmed only on receipt of the payment.

Delegates will receive an official receipt within 2 working days of confirming their booking.

 

Data protection

BAMT protects all data according to the Data Protection Act 1998. BAMT will use your email address from time to time, to send out details about our future events and promotions. If you would like to opt out of receiving these email alerts, please contact the BAMT office.
