Imogen Schon
Trustee
Imogen is a civil servant with 7 years' experience in central government and its agencies. She is currently the Head of Funding on the Homes for Ukraine scheme, and previously worked on COVID Strategy, EU Exit legislation and Modern Slavery prevention. Her first role in the civil service was in the prison service. In her civil service roles, Imogen has made a point of being active on diversity and inclusion - setting up the inclusion networks in the Brexit Department, and leading them most recently in the COVID-19 Taskforce. She is studying for a masters in Public Policy alongside her work, and was a Fellow at Year Here, a postgraduate course in social innovation, straight after graduation. Imogen is a member of the Nordoff Robbins Community choir, and loves music and believes passionately that music can be therapeutic.
Imogen has been a trustee before - of the Children's Rights Alliance for England, the Cambridge Union Society and the Cambridge University Students Union.
