Chanda currently works as the Senior HR Executive at a UK subsidiary of a private electronics company. Prior to working in HR, Chanda worked directly with children and young people in Kensington and Chelsea Play Service and P3 Charity Play Service. The Play Service gave her a passion for the well-being and education of Children and Young People. After achieving her bachelor’s degree in human resource management, she combined her passion for children and young people with her qualification and began work as the HR Business Partner for an Academy Trust.
Chanda has been qualified to Master’s degree in Human Resources at Kingston University since 2018 and attained Level 7 CIPD Associate membership whilst working full-time in her role at the Academy Trust.
Chanda has personally benefited from music therapy as a child and understands how music can be used as a form of expression and to support positive mental health in both young people and adults. A message from Bob Marley that has always resonated with Chanda is; “One good thing about music, when it hits you, you feel no pain.” Bob Marley (1945 -1981).
