Open Ground: Music Therapy in Collaboration and Exchange

We are thrilled to announce that booking is now open for our first ever virtual conference. ‘Open Ground: Music Therapy in Collaboration & Exchange’ will take place on Friday 9th to Sunday 11th April 2021. It promises to be an inspiring event celebrating and marking research and practice in Music Therapy in the UK and internationally.

We are working with Fresh Start Events Ltd to create a bespoke online platform for the conference. You can find out more about their work here: https://freshstartevents.uk/

The abstracts for the conference will be available in the coming weeks. We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting paper presentations, roundtables, posters, workshops and keynote presentations as we would at an in-person conference. There will also be opportunities to meet up and network on the platform, attend our opening ceremony on the Friday night as well as enjoy a musical evening on the Saturday.

Tickets are £100 for BAMT members & £70 for students. If you have already registered and paid for the conference in 2020, you don't have to register again for the online conference.
