Staying physically active is an essential part of healthy ageing. Physical inactivity is one of the top risk factors for developing conditions that lead to preventable disability in later life. Improving levels of physical activity in those aged 50-70 can have a significant impact on quality of later life. Active travel - making a journey by physically active means, such as walking or cycling - is one way to do this.

In this webinar we'll explore how we can create and maintain active travel environments for older adults in every community.
