A curriculum framework for making music with children and young people with
learning difficulties, including autism and visual impairment

Sounds of Intent is a new, freely available, easy-to-use software package
that enables teachers, teaching assistants, therapists and parents, who work
with or care for those with PMLD, SLD or MLD, and who may be on the autism
spectrum, to:
- assess children and young people's level of musical development
- record and monitor attainment and progress
- download musical materials and ideas for activities
- share thinking on a forum
